Waterfox 15.0 adalah Mozilla firefox yang dibuat khusus untuk pengguna Windows x64/ 64-bit yang mengoptimalkan kecepatan dan kinerja Mozilla Firefox. Waterfox 11 dikembangkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna Windows x64 yang kini penggunanya sudah cukup besar namun kerap kali bermasalah dengan Firefox yang notabennya masih ditujukan untuk pengguna Windows x86. Sehingga beberapa pengembang pun akhirnya bersama-sama berkontribusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna windows x64 dengan mengembangkan Mozilla Firefox khusus Windows 64-bit yang diberi nama Waterfox. Syarat untuk memasang Waterfox Windows Anda harus sudah terpasang Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64).
